Gearing up for 2025
The 2025 edition of the RSAC Motorsport Scottish Rally takes place on 19th July, based again at Jas P Wilson on the outskirts of Dalbeattie. This will be the fourth round of the 2025 Asset Alliance Group Motorsport UK Scottish Rally Championship, as well as being a round of the Motoscope Northern Historic Rally Championship and the MG3 Rally Challenge.
The Rally will essentially repeat the compact route format of 2024 which proved popular with competitors and spectators alike visiting the forests of Glengap, Dalbeattie, and Kinharvie twice each, providing 45 stage miles.
Clerk of the Course, Jonathan Lord, said “We are delighted to return to Jas P Wilson’s premises for Scrutineering, Service and Rally Control. Iain Wilson and his team have been very accommodating to the Rally over the past two years, and we look forward to many more.
We are also very grateful to Dumfries and Galloway Council for their continued support with the Scottish Rally which they view as a key part of their Signature events programme.”
For spectators, the Fanzone at Jas P Wilson will be extended to feature a large screen showing live feeds from the Stages, plus the opportunity to see the cars at Scrutineering on Friday, before they set off at 9am on Saturday, returning twice for Service, and the Finish Ramp and Prizegiving Ceremony
For those who want to see the cars in the stages, the Organising team are working on the Spectator Viewing arrangements with the usual emphasis on safe viewing areas for all.
Details on these will be published here on the rally website and social media channels closer to the time.
